When viewing a single post on edit.php, the list of comments looks different from the list of comments on edit-comments.php

Attached:

  1. Unifies display
  2. Brings back infinite comments.
  3. Fixes some wp-list bugs in order to do 2.
  4. Validaton fixes on edit-comments.php
