Description
My Creative Mail account has been suspended for 2 months now for absolutely no reason! I have contacted customer support multiple times and there is still no solution!

I apologise for the delay in response.
Unfortunately WordPress.org is not able to help resolve issues between WordPress users and other companies, as we're unrelated and have no say in their business practices.
Additionally, this Trac instance is only for bugs within the WordPress software itself, not within plugins or themes.
