Hello good day,
It's been a while since I noticed this bug. I did not check the 'Discouraged search engine' in the settings but I still can't see the index follow in the source code. I had to install YOAST SEO or any SEO plugin to make it work.
Is it possible to display it without SEO plugins at all?

index, followis the implied for search engines. There is no point in adding it by default.
