Import Links menu entry missing

Description

Just installed WP trunk (rev 7128), and found that under Manage, there is no easy way to get to Import Links.

The only link I could find to wp-admin/link-import.php was under the Related section when editing an already existing link. Kinda hidden.

It's going to be a bit cluttered and awkward adding an "Import Links" item under the Manage menu. It wasn't so bad before, when the blogroll had its own top-level menu.

Discussed this with Ryan, when I also had trouble finding it. It would fit very naturally with the other importers under Manager>Import

Yeah, I like it on the importers screen too.

+1. I had problems with this earlier - I thought the functionality had been removed completely
