Fix the title column width

Description

Sometimes, plugins are adding columns in the posts list.
The width is flexible and so the Title columns which is an important one with the links to edit is un clickable.
I wonder if we should not make this column with a fixed width.
On my test, I have forced to width: 200px but I have never been a good CSS man.
