Pattern titles are missing when editing

Description
Edit a pattern and you will see that the title of the pattern that was usually at the top of the screen is now missing.
Patterns are listed here: /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wp_block
Edit one of them and content goes all the way to the top where title used to be.

This problem has already been reported, and the plan is to solve it in WordPress 6.6. Because this is a duplicate report, I will close the issue.
