Description
Updated an old post, changed the date and time to today for 11.30am and it got stuck as "scheduled" it was only when I put the time back to 10.30am that it published.....

Sorry to hear yoiu have such problem. I tried this with WP 6.5 and had no problems with setting the date & time to now or later on a scheduled post. It became published as expected.

I close this for now, but in case your problem later on turns out to happen because of a bug in core, please com back, reopen and provide exact instructions on how to reproduce this in a fresh installation of WordPress, no active plugins.
