Twenty Nineteen - Table block having alignment issue when center aligned.

Steps to reproduce the issue :-

1. Activate Twenty Nineteen theme.
2. Choose Table block.
3. Add some data.
4. Now Align table to center.

You can able to see in editor that table is center aligned but when you check the front-side table is not aligned center.
