There are in the translations two ​http:// links. I'd change them to ​https://

Okay, I noticed that it's in the included Hello Dolly plugin. So, should we change it in Hello Dolly first and than make a PR to fix it in core?

We have several plugins about Hello Dolly, and from my point of view they have valid points and can be incorporated into one patch, so I am linking them for further discussion.
