Hi @chiragrathod103,

Generally this error indicates that your local WordPress stack either has issues accessing WordPress.org, or, that you're on a slower connection.

In this case, it appears that your server has connectivity, as plugin updates are shown, but the notice is still being thrown.

The notice is likely being thrown as the theme update check timed out / failed.
