I am finding it really difficult to manage WordPress at the moment

Description
I find that I am not familiar with WordPress any more.
I need to clear my cache and want so that I can update from Blossom Shop to the Blossom Shop Pro so that I can upgrade to e commerce.
My fault I know as I have not be updating new plug ins and new versions of wordpress, and keep getting told that "Your're sorry and that I am not allowed to access this page"
Very frustating and not able to discuss this with anyone.
MY aim was to download my existing Theme, uninstall it to what it was first installed and saved. Then clean up the Blossom Shop Theme, going though the plug ins etc, and then install and then rebuild and start again.
But I am lost!
