Two QUnit Widget tests are skipped and one is broken

During a recent update to Sinon over at ClassicPress it was noted during the investigation of new errors that some tests for Image and Video widgets were not completed. In fixing the tests it also became apparent that after update code to the Video Widget, the test is looking for the wrong code being generated in the preview anyway.

I have recreated the patch in WordPress and attached it to this bug report ticket.

Scrubbing tickets on Version 6.6 for possible fix in 6.6.x minor cycle.

Removing 6.6 from the Version that introduced the issue. The patch references tests that were not changed in the 6.6 cycle.
