Continuous issue to access due to maintenance?

Description

For at least two months I have had issues with logging in to my WordPress account. There are days that I cannot access it at all, as well. The screen that pops up states, "Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute.". Unfortunately this page pops up at least half of the time that I am attempting to build our company's website throughout the work day. Please assist me with this matter.

I'm sorry to hear you ran into such issues. But as this place is for core development only, I'm closing the ticket. If this is still an issue, please go to the ​support forums to find help there.

As a genaral note please always disable any 3rd party plugins and activate a standard theme (Twenty XY), so see if an issue persists or not.
