Add Cara and Bluesky Icons

If you mean adding these icons in the Social Icons block, BlueSky is already in the Gutenberg plugin and expected to be part of WordPress 6.6 next month.

You could open another issue there (on the Gutenberg repository) to consider adding Cara.
