Can you please contact the main Patchman support channel (https://cloudlinux.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) with details of which website this concerns so we can debug the issue with you? If we can indeed trace this issue you report to a Patchman patch, we will of course retract and revert that patch immediately.
