Hello,
The WordPress plugin repository has been attacked, and several plugins have been compromised.

As per what I know (I'm just a contributor and plugin author). All SVN update has been stopped to avoid more problems. And the plugin review team has reseted the wp.org user account passwords.

We use this site to keep track of issues and enhancements in WordPress itself, not to monitor uptime of the plugins svn repo :)
For anything WordPress.org related, use meta.trac.WordPress.org or simply ask in Slack.
FWIW the link works for me, so it probably was just a temporary issue.
