button stylng fix on install.php page

Description

After installing the wordpress and setup an auth. I found that the login button has no styling and it seems like. It should fix with reusable styling class. I just put some class that was used in that same page and made styling perfectly.

Since [55933], that link intentionally does not have the button style anymore so it would look like a link.
