Description
In the batch delete menu items interface: If there are many menu items, the "Batch Delete" operation link might be obscured by the menu operation toolbar at the bottom, making the "Delete Menu" link more prominent. Although a confirmation prompt appears when clicking this link, accidentally ignoring it could result in the entire menu being mistakenly deleted.
Suggested Solution: I think moving the Delete Entire Menu link in the toolbar to the right will reduce the chances of this error happening.

Hi,
I just opened a PR to fix this a small issue.
Having made this accidental deletion mistake multiple times myself, I totally agree that moving this button is a great idea.
To prevent this, I've moved the "Delete Menu" link over to the right side of the toolbar.

For accessibility reasons, related buttons should be kept in close proximity to each other, and should be proximity to the controls that the are associated with. These were moved in #56594.
Feel free to make suggestions other than spreading the two buttons apart, but that particular change isn't going to happen.
