Description
Dear WordPress Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out to bring attention to an issue we've encountered with some of our blog posts on our WordPress site. Out of over 4,900 posts, several older posts—particularly those published around two years ago—are returning 404 errors when accessed publicly.
These posts are still present in the database and accessible via the WordPress admin panel. However, they only become publicly available if we manually search for the post in the admin panel and click "View." Without this intervention, the posts result in 404 errors, which is concerning for our SEO performance and user experience.
Given that these blog posts are valuable and part of our long-term content strategy, we are keen to resolve this issue as it has a direct impact on our site's reputation and SEO rankings. We would greatly appreciate it if your team could investigate this matter further on your end to identify the cause and help us rectify the situation.
Thank you for your time and assistance. We look forward to your guidance or next steps.
Best regards,
Nilesh Chavan
