Twenty Twenty-Five: Update bundled theme for RC2

Update the new bundled theme being worked on in the WordPress/twentytwentyfive repo for WordPress 6.7 RC 2.

Add the ​latest changes to the Twenty Twenty-Five theme.

⚠️ It'd be ideal to include these ​two other PRs. If we decide to merge them, I can update this PR with the most recent changes.

@poena @juanfra We've decided to run the props parser against the TT5 repo to ensure we get the number of contributions correct (people will have made dozens so it's unfair to count it as two or three). So props on this ticket will be limited to the backport commit only.
