Update Zoom in & Out ToolTip

Description

In the Page Editor, there is an option to zoom in and out, but I only see the zoom-out tool-tip for both actions.

I have attached a screenshot for a better understanding

Hi @pitamdey, thanks for raising the Ticket.

I was able to reproduce the issue. However, while implementing the fix programmatically, I found that this part of the code belongs to the Gutenberg Project, therefore, I've created a corresponding issue here: ​https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/66987 and have added a potential fix as well.

Thanks for bringing this to our notice and helping us make WordPress better.
