Plugin languages wrong after update

Description
After the 6.7 update I can't get my plugins to show the correct language (Finnish) even though nothing in those plugins changed and I have checked that the translation files haven't been altered. They are showing English. WP setting is still Finnish. Please do note that I have also updated Elementor, but to my knowledge that should not affect the language, as it's taken from the WP setting directly.
