My name is Terry Thompson, and our website platform was built through WordPress. Is it possible to have someone call to assist with the login information?

Trac is used to track bugs of the WordPress Software, your issue does not represent an issue with WordPress itself but more likely a faulty plugin or webserver configuration or you have just forgotten your password.
