Multiple Categories and Sub-cats pre selected for new post

Description

After the 6.7.1 update today, in creating a new post, I see multiple categories and sub-categories (e.g., Florida, and California -> San Diego) pre populated in the category post selector. Using classic editor and classic widgets active.
