URGENT FEATURE: Plugin Updates Section Needs To Show Warning Message For Newer Version Plugins

Description
We urgently need the Dashboard > updates section to visibly show any advanced important warning messages that come with big plugin/theme updates. This info is typically found in Plugins > Installed Plugins section (see screenshot below):
But when I am managing 100s of websites and I need to update them, I am not going to Plugins > Installed Plugins.
The default main plugin/theme update arena happens on Dashboard > Updates page (see screenshot below)

Notice, on this page, there is no warning message for Brizy.
Please enhance WordPress to include such messages in this section as well!
