Columns no longer work correctly

I use 3 columns on many pages of our website. Since upgrading to 7.6.1 they no longer work as expected. The left column is fine but the next 2 columns are distorted badly. It looks fine when I am editing a page but the live site is bad. I have tried activating Jqueery migrate helper but that has no effect.
I have even tried installing new columns but these are also incorrect. Columns on pages I have not edited are also incorrect

1. What theme and plugins are you using for the columns?
2. Did you add any custom CSS or JavaScript for the layout?
3. What exactly looks wrong with the columns (misaligned, overlapping, etc.)?
4. Does this happen in all browsers/devices?
5. Have you tried switching to a default theme (like Twenty Twenty-Three) or turning off other plugins to check?
6. If possible, share a link to the page or a screenshot.
