"Live Preview" on mobile open customizer by default

Description

On mobile devices, when clicking the "Live Preview" button for an installed theme in the Themes section, the Customizer opens by default, showing the settings panel. To see the actual theme preview, users must manually click the "Preview" tab.

This adds an unnecessary step, making the experience less seamless for mobile users.

Proposed Solution:
On mobile devices, when clicking the "Live Preview" button:

  • The theme preview should open directly in the "Preview" tab.
  • Users can toggle back to the Customizer settings panel if needed.

This change would improve usability and match the expected behavior of previewing a theme.

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Open the WordPress Themes section on a mobile device or in a browser's mobile view.
  • Click the "Live Preview" button for any installed theme.
  • Observe that the Customizer settings panel opens by default, and you must manually switch to the "Preview" tab to see the theme preview.
