deploy "location" toggle button

Description

on a template page, by selecting a group block, in the settings, the "location" toggle button does not fully unfold. You must unfold the "advanced" toggle button to correctly see the "location" toggle button (and change "default" to "pinned" for example).

I believe this issue should be addressed within Gutenberg, so I’ve created an issue there. You can track the progress here: https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/67401
