Empty Comment Submission Error

Description
In the Twenty Twenty theme, when a comment is submitted without any text, the error message "Type your comment text." is displayed on a separate page. But it would be better if it showed an error message on the same page.
I have attached a screenshot for proper understanding.

@sabernhardt Yes, I have checked all themes with this error. please fix this as soon as possible.

In Twenty-Fifteen theme also it's redirecting to the 'wp-comments-post.php' page.

The error message appears on a separate page with most themes.
