Description

The "External Libraries" section enhances the visual structure of the credits page. I have attached a screenshot for proper understanding.

Hi there, welcome back to WordPress Trac! Thanks for the ticket.

Personally, I'm not sure if the horizontal line adds any benefit here, as there is no line at the bottom on the other screens, e.g. Freedoms, Privacy, or Get Involved.

Curious to see what others think, marking for design feedback.
