Description
There are times when the Gutenberg styling toolbar overlaps, making it difficult to access the underlying features. This is especially the case when editing the header in FSE. There are workarounds, but it isn't easy.
To replicate, add a button to the header, add a link, and try to add an inline image.
New install, new theme (Frost and Twenty twenty five)
