Description
In the Twenty Nineteen theme, the author name and post date are displayed twice on the single post view: once at the top of the post content and again at the bottom. This is inconsistent with other default themes, such as Twenty Seventeen and Twenty Twenty-Five, which only display this information at the top of the post.

- Component changed from Themes to Bundled Theme
- Milestone Awaiting Review deleted
- Resolution set to duplicate
- Status changed from new to closed
- Version trunk deleted
This was already suggested in #45555, and we agreed not to make an unexpected change.
On that ticket, I did not mention the possibility that sites already remove the duplicate meta from either the header or the footer (but retain it in one of them).
