Clear color option is missing in the Navigation Block

When using the Navigation Block in WordPress, the "Clear" color option that allows users to reset the color settings is not appearing in the color selection panel. This prevents users from clearing the selected color and returning to the default or transparent state.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to the WordPress block editor.
2. Add or select a Navigation Block.
3. Try to modify the background or text color in the block settings.
4. Notice that the "Clear" button or option to reset the color is missing from the color picker interface.

Expected Result: The "Clear" option should be available in the color settings of the Navigation Block to allow users to reset their color selection. In the submenu (under the Navigation) "Clear" options is available in the color settings.

Actual Result: The "Clear" color option is not visible in the color settings for the Navigation Block.

Thank you, @kadiwala, for bringing up this issue. I agree that a clear button should ideally also be included within the color picker for better usability.

However, since this pertains to the Gutenberg Editor, it should be reported in the Gutenberg Issues repository on GitHub. I'll create a corresponding issue there and link it back to this ticket for reference.

In the meantime, you can reset the color using the three-dot menu option.

Thank you for your prompt reply.

However, we may need consistency in how the color is cleared on both sides (Navigation and Submenu). For example, if we choose "clear," it should be same in the both options. So, need to add/remove "clear" from both sides.
