Similar to how the Core build process is tested on multiple operating systems in the Test Build Process workflow, the theme build processes should be tested the same way to ensure contributors are able to submit fixes regardless of their specific setup.

The PR attached should accomplish this, but there's a few issues:

  • A failing npm install command for Twenty Nineteen.
  • A difference in white space after running the build script on Windows for Twenty Nineteen.
