Show "Pending Review" posts prominently on the Dashboard

"And should the Pending Review appear on the Dashboard?"

Definitely. And in a prominent position. "Pending comments" get their nice little comment bubble, but pending posts are more important than pending comments. I'm thinking pending posts need their own line (if present, naturally) in the "Right Now" div. Patch coming.

  • Owner changed from anonymous to markjaquith
  • Status changed from new to assigned

Patch works "There is/are [num] post/posts pending your review." onto the end of the dashboard count sentence, if there are posts and the current user can publish them. Would like to get this in for 2.5, but fear we may be string-frozen.

  • Keywords has-patch added; has-ticket removed

[6:44pm] rboren: Most i18n folks aren't trying to release same day as WP 2.5. They assume release + 6 days or so.

[6:44pm] rboren: So we really don't need a string freeze.

[6:44pm] MarkJaquith: Sweet.
