Hi @mdibrahimk48,
WordPress core trac is for reporting issues in WordPress itself, for issues on the WordPress.org site you can report via https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/.
In the case of make.wordpress.org/*/handbook/ team handbooks, these issues should be reported directly to the team to resolve. Usually that means on Slack, but filing a Meta ticket can also be done.
I'm closing this as invalid, only because it's not a Core issue.
I've edited the Support handbook with the correct URL (the Git branch changed)
