Description
I think this is a bug Contributor has option to set Publish Status as published i dont think contributor need to have this option since if he set this option the article will be set as private.

(In [7409]) Only show Contributors post stati they can chose. Hide date editing from Contributors (as they cannot use it). fixes #6303
