1	1	@audrasjb, I wonder if only changing the label would be enough, there is a filter named `admin_color_scheme_picker`, won't that be a bit confusing? If we are showing the label as `Dashboard Color Scheme` and retaining the function name and filter name as `admin_color_scheme_picker`.
