Description
The latest WordPress ZIP version 6.7.2 includes an older version of the Akismet plugin 5.3.6 and the Twenty Twenty-Five theme 1.0.

The Akismet plugin is automatically updated in the build repo for trunk and the current stable branch via a script on the build server. The latest version of Akismet was released last week, after WordPress 6.7.2, so will be included in WordPress 6.7.3. You can see the commit on the build server in this change to the plugins directory.
Unfortunately the version bump commit for TT5 in the 6.7 branch was missed for the 6.7.2 release. It has since been done in commit [59810] against ticket #62943 so will also be included in 6.7.3.
As the plugin update is automated and the TT5 backport handled in another ticket, I've closed this a duplicate of the other ticket.

Thank you for reporting this but I think the version inside the zip file are freezed on release of the stable version which is WordPress 6.7 (released on 20th of November 2024)
Twenty Twenty Five was on stable version 1.0 and Akismet in 5.3.6 (I'm trusting your version number here) at this moment but once released, the WordPress updater is doing its job and update TwentyTwentyFive and Akismet to their latest version.
I hope I've been enough clear.
