Sometimes, We add news pages into our website and they did't apear and show 404 error

After adding or updating content, the indexing does not seem to update accordingly. New content or modifications are not reflected in the search or display index, which leads to outdated results being shown. sometimes, when i open this link ​UAE Ramadan timing it shows the hosting error.

Specially this page have the issue, i have changed the content, clear cache, and do all efforts that i can. i attached the image kindly help me what to do to fix the issue?

Also, there is another issue on homepage, when i open homepage, its menu bar submenus do not work and freeze for some seconds. after waiting sometimes, these also start work. This issue does not occur on pages and posts. ​check the Planuae.

I have these plugins installed which I tried after disabling them:
