Site Health: core update prompted in particular languages even using the latest version

Description

While using the latest 6.7.2 version, and the site is using languages like Serbian (sr_SR) or Catalan (ca), Site Health is reporting that the Core version is not the latest one (see screenshot).

As noted here: ​https://github.com/Automattic/wp-calypso/issues/101623#issuecomment-2740620123 it's an expected behaviour of the update API.
