Onscreen keyboard obscures post body and Custom Fields input on mobile

Description

When keyboard focus enters the "Value" textarea for a Custom Field, the onscreen keyboard covers the field.

Summary Onscreen keyboard obscures Custom Fields input on mobile → Onscreen keyboard obscures post body and Custom Fields input on mobile

This also affects the body of a post. Blocks that extend beneath the bottom of the viewport are impossible to see.
