Customizer: Voiceover on iOS is not working in Widgets menu

I haven't been able to reproduce this issue myself, but it appears that some users are unable to access widget areas via Voiceover in the Customizer's Widget menu.

I would appreciate it if you could test this issue to see if it can be reproduced in your environment.

I've also tested this on VoiceOver for MacOS and on iOS, and couldn't reproduce it. I think we'll need more information from the reporter.

@supernovia Are you able to provide any additional context? Perhaps the iOS version you were testing on?

The information you provided was good, but since at least two of us have been unable to reproduce the issue, I'm hoping to get more info.

Since neither @wildworks nor I were able to reproduce this issue using the information we have, and don't have any further follow-up from @supernovia, I'm going to close this as #worksforme.

But please feel free to re-open; we're happy to try and resolve the issue, but currently don't have anything actionable to work on.
