I operate two websites on the same hosting service. The first website (https://www.ultimate-tech-news.com/) updates WordPress without issue; however, the second website (https://www.socialgiftclub.com) fails to update. When attempting to create or edit a page, I receive the message, 'There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.' What steps can I take to resolve this? I discovered one potential solution, which involved disabling plugins. I have systematically disabled each plugin, yet the error persists. I would appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

You should have received an email to tell you what went wrong. If not, the error message recommends to use the support forums, which is better for getting help with individual sites.

In addition to disabling plugins, you could switch the theme to Twenty Twenty-Five (or one of the other Twenty themes) to find out if it is related to Genesis.
This is likely not a core bug, so I will close the ticket.
