Twenty Sixteen - Table blocks looks different in editor and front when text color is used.

Steps to reproduce the issue :-

1. Activate Twenty Sixteen theme.
2. Choose Table block.
3. Add some text.
4. Use Text color.

You can able to see blocks looks different in editor and front side because in editor table border takes color same as the text color and in front side border color is different.
