While navigating menu from Add User to any menu it asking for changes but did not add anything.

Description

While navigating from one by one menu then visit Add user menu and navigate to any other menu then it is asking about Changes Propmt but did not add any details in Add User form.

Reproduction Report

Description

The issue occurs when navigating away from the “Add New User” screen without entering any data, a browser prompt appears asking to confirm changes, even though no changes were made.

Environment

  • WordPress: 6.9-alpha-60093-src
  • PHP: 8.2.28
  • Server: nginx/1.29.0
  • Database: mysqli (Server: 8.4.5 / Client: mysqlnd 8.2.28)
  • Browser: Chrome 137.0.0.0
  • OS: macOS
  • Theme: Twenty Twenty-Five 1.2
  • MU Plugins: None activated
  • Plugins: Test Reports 1.2.0

Actual Results

✅ Issue successfully reproduced, warning appears without any input in the form.
