WCAG Compliance Issue in WordPress Media Library (Grid View)

Hello Team,

While reviewing the WordPress admin Media Library page for WCAG compliance, I noticed that in grid view there are two accessibility errors reported.

However, when switching the view from grid to list mode, the errors do not appear, and the WCAG check passes.

It seems that these WCAG issues are specific to the grid view, and it may be possible to address them for improved accessibility.
