Media library does not respect the filter's already selected when coming back to the media library page

## Issue

1. Open media library in grid mode.
2. Select any date or type filter, for example, Video and June 2025, it would show the media with the selected filter.
3. Open any media, it will show modal box for that media and click edit more details.
4. Now go back to previous URL, it will show you modal box for selected media and close that media modal box.
5. Checkout the filter, the filter are selected which you have set earlier, but it would not respect the filter, it will show all the media despite UI say's filter selected as Video and June 2025.

I'm reviewing this ticket in preparation for our 6.9 dry run.

This issue was reproducible in 6.8.3, so it's not a new issue introduced in an unreleased development version.
