Calendar block highlights past date and current date in draft/preview/published post.

Description
When a post is saved as a draft/preview/published the Calendar block is added inside the post, the widget highlights the past date (e.g., 20 August 2025) and the current date (25 August 2025).
Actual Result:
The Calendar block widget highlights the past date (20 August 2025) and the current today’s date ie. 25 August, 2025
Expected Result:
The Calendar block widget should highlight only the current date (25 August 2025).

This seems to be a misunderstanding. The Calendar block does not highlight the current day; it contains links to the date archive pages for any days that have published posts.
In your site, you apparently published posts on the 20th and 25th of August, plus at least one in July.
My screenshot shows that the site's posts were published on the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 21st of August, plus more in June. (Today's post is still a draft, so it did not link the 25th.)
