On Edit Media, the Label Shows 'Add Post' Instead of 'Add Media'

When editing any media item in WordPress, the page displays the label "Edit Media" at the top. Next to this label, there is a button that currently says "Add Post". However, when clicked, this button actually takes the user to the Upload New Media screen, not to creating a new post.
This creates confusion, because the label "Add Post" is misleading. To improve clarity and user understanding, the button should be labeled "Add Media", since its purpose is to allow users to upload new media files.
